Policies and general information for a pleasant stay!

You are welcome to check in from 3:00 PM for your reservation. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us directly for availability. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you would like to check out later, arrangements must also be made!

If you plan to arrive after office hours, please call us as soon as possible at 705-373-2108 so we can facilitate your arrival.

You must check in upon arrival at the park.

• Rates and lot type vary depending on availability.

• To make changes to your reservation, please use the same information as your original reservation or call 705.362.5379.

• Fees paid at the time of booking do not include additional service fees (if applicable) or administrative fees in the event of incidents.

• The reservation must be paid in full at the time it is made.

• Please refer to our cancellation policy (available below or online).

• You have up to 14 days before the arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive a 50% refund and a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

• Online booking fees are NOT refundable.

• If you cancel 14 days or less before the arrival date (inclusive) 100% of the cost of your stay is non-refundable.

• A $10 admin fee applies to any changes to a reservation and must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival.

• If you do not show up on the day of your arrival, we will hold the site for you until 10 a.m. the next day and we reserve the right to re-rent the site at that time. No refunds.

Pets are welcome. However, it is important to respect the following rules:

• Excessive barking is not tolerated.

• Pets must be on a leash at all times, with no exceptions, in all areas of the park and marina. Pets are not allowed in the children's park or beach.

• You must clean up after your pets immediately.

• Free Wi-Fi in the restaurant and on the patio (Marina_Guest)

• Maximum speed in the park: 10 km/h

• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for any children in their care. No child may be left alone after sunset.

• Quiet Hours: Sunday - Thursday: 11pm to 9am; Friday - Saturday: 12am to 9am

• Firewood available (bags) at the store during opening hours

• The tenant is responsible for keeping their property clean and organized. Hanging anything from trees and/or cutting branches is not permitted.

• Swimming is at your own risk.

• The garbage must be placed in plastic bags and left in the trailer provided for this purpose (behind the garage).

• A laundry room is available for customers. The key is available at the store during opening hours.

• The comfort station (showers and toilets) is open 24/7 at no extra cost.

• Restaurant on site. Check our social media or website for opening hours.
